Baked Salmon Loaf

1 (1 lb.) can Salmon
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 lb. chopped fresh mushrooms
1/4 cup evaporated skim milk
2 egg whites or egg substitute (1 egg)
1 1/2 Tbsp. dill weed (fresh)
1 cup bread crumbs or oat bran cereal


Mix all ingredients well in a bowl. Spray a meatloaf pan with Pam. Bake at 375 degrees F for 45 minutes.
