Salmon Spread

16 ounces red salmon -- canned, drained
8 ounces fat-free cream cheese -- softened
2 tablespoons liquid smoke flavoring
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons grated onion
1 tablespoon horseradish -- prepared
1 tablespoon minced parsley

Drain Salmon; remove and discard bones and skin

Combine salmon and cream cheese in medium bowl and mix well.

Add remaining ingredients and mix until well blended.

Refrigerate, covered for several hours or overnight.

Serve with crackers.
