Salmon Spread Deluxe

1 pound canned salmon
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons green pepper -- , diced
2 tablespoons pimiento -- , diced
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon tarragon vinegar
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon dried dill weed -- chopped


Drain and flake salmon. Remove any large bones.

Put mayonnaise, pepper and pimento into blender container. Blend on low speed until smooth. Turn into bowl with rest of ingredients.

Mix well. Chill in refrigerator at least 1 hour.

Serve with brown bread, sourdough rounds or crackers.
