Salmon-Cheese Spread

1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
1 14.75 oz can red salmon -- drained, bones removed
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese -- softened
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 1/4 teaspoons McCormick Bon Appetit seasoning
assorted crackers

Place cream cheese, horseradish, lemon juice, Bon App‚tit, onion powder, and red pepper in medium-size bowl and stir well to combine.

Add salmon to cream cheese mixture and work salmon into mixture gently with fork.

Spoon into serving dish, cover, and refrigerate at least 1 hour.

Serve with assorted crackers.

Makes about 3 cups
