No-work Salmon Chowder

15 1/2 ounces canned salmon -- drain, remove skin and bones
10 ounces frozen corn -- thawed
2 cans Italian-style tomatoes -- 14 1/2 oz each
16 ounces clam juice
1/2 cup white rice
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 drops Tabasco sauce -- (2 to 3)


Combine all ingredients except salmon and rice. When liquid simmers, add rice and cook until done. Stir in salmon and heat through. Adjust seasonings and serve.
