Smoky Salmon Spread

1 tb Fresh dill sprigs or 1/4 ts dried dill weed
12 oz Cream cheese, room temp
1 cn Red salmon, drained
1 ts Liquid smoke
2 ts Lemon juice
8 dr Tabasco

If using fresh dill, mince finely in food processor or blender. Set aside.

Process cream cheese until smooth. Add thoroughly drained salmon and other ingredients (including dill) and process until very smooth. Makes 2 cups.

Serve on split beaten biscuits or toast points, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
